The Raingutter Regatta is a sailing race where Scouts build their own boats and race them across a water-filled rain gutter by blowing through a straw. Pack 349 puts its own spin on the classic event — our Scouts build boats using juice boxes, tape, and paper sails, making it a creative engineering challenge on top of a fun race. It’s a great event for Scouts of all ages and always generates plenty of laughs and excitement.
